Polnoon – Proctor and Matthews' sensitive 121 home extension to the conservation village of Eaglesham - has been shortlisted for The Sunday Times British Homes Awards in the Development of the Year category.

At Polnoon, the practice has sought to create vibrant streetscapes, and provide a thoughtful transition from historic, through contemporary, to rural. Standard house types were developed with reference to traditional rural Scottish buildings. Phase 1 is now complete and occupied, with subsequent phases of the 121-home development currently on site.
