Director Constanze Jaczynska was invited to speak at Architecture Today's Rethinking Resi webinar. With a focus on the Vaux Neighbourhood in Sunderland, Constanze presented the innovative prefabricated systems that are being utilised on the project and the benefits of incorporating MMC vs traditional build. 

The online study day, included presentations from a  experts from across the industry on subjects ranging from innovative delivery models to sustainability and new emerging housing typologies.

Vaux will create 91 houses and 41 apartments inspired by the history, topography and rich cultural heritage of Sunderland. The new community is designed around high density living and working with ambitious sustainability targets. The project won a 2022 AR Future Projects Award and is also shortlisted for a Housing Design Award.
