Samantha joined the practice in 2017 after graduating from the University of Liverpool. She has since completed her architectural training at Cardiff University and the University of Westminster whilst also working at Proctor and Matthews - combining practical learning with academic study. 

Samantha has been involved in a wide range of projects from conception to technical design, with most of her experience being in the later RIBA stages of work. She is part of the team working on the Vaux neighbourhood which forms the first phase of the Riverside Sunderland Masterplan. The project, which is currently under construction, has high sustainability targets, something Samantha is pursuing a specialism in.

Samantha has creative interests such as making clothes and enjoys salsa, yoga and hiking trips.
