Ivan Dikov:

BA (Hons), MArchD, ARB

Ivan completed his architectural studies at the University of Dundee before joining Proctor and Matthews in 2018. He has since worked across a wide range of projects including developing innovative housing typologies for multiple sites across Hertfordshire and Inholm, a sustainable urban neighbourhood of 400 homes that sets pioneering townscape design principles for the wider new town of Northstowe near Cambridge.

Following his work on the Inholm masterplan, Ivan has helped in developing and delivering a bespoke modular heritage centre in Northstowe designed to store artefacts discovered in the excavations for the large new settlement and serve as a venue for the public and local communities. Through his work Ivan has developed his skills in complex information modelling and is now acting as one of the software advisors in the practice.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys equally high-altitude hiking and low-effort city roaming and is a gym enthusiast, home bartender and cook.
