'The Windham' typology, part of Abode at Great Kneighton - a major new mixed-use development in South Cambridgeshire, has received the Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer Award at the 2017 Housebuilder Awards.

The five bedroom family home designed around an interior courtyard offers more than 3,000 sq. ft. of flexible living space over three floors. Externally projecting brickwork and black timber cladding make reference to local agricultural typologies. The homes at Abode are rated Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with materials obtained locally from sustainable sources wherever possible.
