Proctor and Matthews are delighted to be shortlisted for the New London Awards (NLA), in the category Masterplans & Area Strategies.

As part of a team of three architectural practices we are collaborating with Levitt Bernstein Associates and Cullinan Studio on the regeneration of the Eastfield Estate to the North East of Mitcham Town Centre in South West London.

The aim of the project is to develop and deliver a masterplan for a mixed tenure residential neighbourhood that retains the positive physical qualities of the existing estate while improving the quality of homes, the public realm and the relationship with the surrounding neighbourhoods.

The 2016 NLA Awards will be presented on 7 July at the NLA Annual Lunch at the Guildhall.
