We are delighted to announce that Abode at Great Kneighton has won the Development of the Year award at the 2014 Sunday Times British Homes Awards.

Abode at Great Kneighton emerged as winner of the Development of the Year (over 100 houses) category, which is awarded to the residential development that demonstrates a positive architectural aesthetic contribution within its immediate environment, and is judged on external and internal design, layout, landscaping and the provision of services and communal amenities. 

The awards were judged by an expert panel comprising leading figures in architecture, housing and construction.
