Horsted Park - our new housing development for Countryside Properties in Chatham, Kent - has been shortlisted in the residential category of the RICS South East Awards.

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and development in land, property, construction and the environment. The residential award honours an outstanding residential development and looks at a range of criteria including design, sustainability, user satisfaction and commercial success. The RICS South East Awards will be presented at an awards ceremony on 16 May. Winners of the regional awards are then taken forward for the national RICS Awards in October.
