Horsted Park has been shortlisted in the Housing Project of the Year category for the 2013 Building Awards.

Established by Building magazine, the awards recognise the construction industry's top performers and recognise innovation throughout the sector. This year's awards will not only celebrate category winners but also the 170th anniversary of Building magazine.

Horsted Park is a 337 unit mixed use, mixed tenure housing scheme for Countryside Properties and is situated on a large brownfield site in Chatham, Kent. It is being built in two phases, with Phase 1 currently being occupied.
