Stephen Proctor was invited to speak at The Academy of Urbanism's 'Integrative placemaking - addressing the 'silos' event at the University of Dundee. The  event explored how we can move towards a more integrated approach in the design and management of towns and cities by informing and challenging silo mindsets & behaviours to better connect operational outputs with high-level objectives. Other speakers included Kees Verschoor, Spatial Strategy at the City of Utrecht, Stephen Willacy, City Architect for Aarhus and Pedro Baganha, Porto City Councillor.
