Proctor and Matthews are to begin work on a 10-year scheme to revamp Southampton.

The masterplan (led by David Lock Associates) will develop Southampton Council's City Centre Action Plan including new neighbourhoods, walkable streets and revamped public realm - creating 25,000 jobs in the city and providing 5,000 new homes.
