Progress for our proposals for new social housing in Dublin

Progress for our proposals for new social housing in Dublin

We are excited to see our plans for 38 new social homes at the intersection of Crumlin Road and Rafters Road moving forward. The project will transform a long vacant site, providing much-needed affordable homes for the local community.

The new apartment block includes 38 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes arranged around a communal garden. The plans include a new courtyard garden and playground for children’s, while a new library, delivered as part of a wider Dublin initiative will help to frame the development to the east.

Sinn Féin councillor Daithí Doolan stated the project is “setting the standard for housing across the city and beyond.”

We are looking forward to seeing the project take shape on site soon.
