Proctor and Matthews' Polnoon project has won an award for best development at the 2014 Homes for Scotland Awards. 

Polnoon is a contemporary extension to the historic planned village of Eaglesham in Renfrewshire and is currently on site. The judges in the 11-24 units category described it as a forward-thinking development, and singled it out for its impressive design approach as demonstrated by a hierarchy of connected streets and shared spaces. The judges noted how the central square, lanes and courts are designed to meet the needs of pedestrians rather than vehicles, and highlighted Polnoon's measures to reduce its carbon footprint. The awards citation praised Polnoon for "showcasing what can be achieved by looking at development design differently and offering a fresh perspective on community.”
