We have contributed to a new RIBA report on exemplary housing in response to the Letwin Review. 'Places where People want to Live' features a range of case studies which demonstrate design quality including our schemes Abode in Cambridge and Horsted Park in Kent.

The report endorses the Letwin Review approach to increasing quality and supply through better placemaking, with a greater diversity of tenures and types of homes alongside improved planning, delivery and stewardship. It sets out the necessary conditions which must be in place at a local level to achieve high quality design - the right leadership, the right funding and delivery models, the right collaborative and innovative processes, and the right skills and resources.
