Horsted Park has won a 2012 Brick Award, receiving the prize for the Best Housing Development (6-25 units).

Horsted Park is a large housing and mixed use development in Chatham, Kent, and has been designed for Countryside Properties. The first phase is currently being completed, with the first residents now beginning to move into their new homes. Planning consent was recently granted for a second phase.

The Brick Award is organised by the Brick Development Association. The award judges described Horsted Park as "not run of the mill" and were impressed with Proctor and Matthews' blend of traditional construction methods and meticulous detailing. In making the award to Proctor and Matthews, the judges said that they hoped Horsted Park will be an example to other developers.
