Constanze has been selected as a member of the RIBA Housing Group which aims to identify and highlight emerging housing issues as well as influence the government's views on improving housing.

Constanze is Lead Project Architect on a number of large-scale mixed-use schemes for the practice including South Thamesmead which aims to provide thousands of new homes and jobs over the next 10 years. She also played a key design role in the South Acton Neighbourhood Regeneration project and the RIBA Award winning Hargood Close, a residential development for the homeless in Colchester.
