Abode at Great Kneighton - our major new housing development outside Cambridge for Countryside Properties - has been shortlisted in the 2014 Brick Awards.
The Brick Awards are organised by the Brick Development Association, and are given annually in recognition of the best design and construciton using brick in the UK. Abode at Great Kneighton has been shortlisted in the Best Housing Development (26 units or more) category. If Abode at Great Kneighton is successful in this year's awards, it will be three years lucky in a row for Proctor and Matthews Architects: Hargood Close won an award in 2013, while Horsted Park won in 2012. The 2014 awards will be announced on 12 November 2014.
