We are hiring - Marketing and Office Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our close-knit team. Based in Bermondsey, our studio’s work ranges from mixed-use, residential and cultural projects to urban design and masterplanning. This is a unique position within the studio with the opportunity to craft a diverse role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a main point of contact for the practice PR agency.
  • Creating bespoke brochures and documents for pitches and presentations.
  • Managing and updating the practice website and social media accounts.
  • Coordinating award submissions.
  • Supporting Directors and the Bids Coordinator. 
  • Undertaking some reception and office management duties including diary management and administrative assistance.

You should:

  • Have a good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and basic Photoshop skills.
  • Have an interest in architecture and creative industries.
  • Be proactive and collaborative.
  • Have strong graphic and copywriting skills.
  • Be fluent in written and verbal English.
  • A background in marketing or similar experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary dependent on experience. Initial contract of one year with a view to extend.
